Third Sector Liability

description

The Third Sector Code introduced a mandatory obligation for Voluntary Organizations and non-profit entities to insure volunteers (both occasional and regular) working on their behalf against accidents and illnesses related to volunteering activities, as well as for Third-Party Liability (pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, Legislative Decree 117/17).
Furthermore, the policy indemnifies the Entity for amounts payable (capital, interest, and expenses) to INAIL, INPS, and the injured party—as the entity is civilly liable by law—for accidents (specifically including occupational diseases) suffered by employees/workers.

benefits

Defense of assets, reduction of legal costs, and protection against liability claims.
