From the MyWide platform, users can file motor and non-motor claims by following simple steps designed to share all the necessary information, ensuring the claim is opened and handled promptly.

In the Home section, you can view the complete list of your policies, filter them by status, monitor expiration dates, and view documents such as policy conditions and premium receipts.
In the event of a claim, you can request real-time assistance directly from the App by uploading photos or videos of the damage, and track the status of your claim at any time.
Thanks to profile customization, you can effectively manage policyholder portfolios.

MyWide is the web app dedicated exclusively to Wide Group clients (policyholders with at least one policy with Wide Group).
The username is the email address you provided to your Broker.
If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot Password' button. Simply enter your registered email address and request a password reset. Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox to create a new password.

You can file both motor and non-motor claims through MyWide.
Click on 'Claims' and then 'Click the + icon'; select the type of claim you wish to report and follow the guided steps to share all the necessary information, allowing us to start handling your claim immediately.
Once completed, press 'Submit'. The notification will go directly to your Broker, who will contact you as soon as possible.
Currently, it is not possible to update personal information or contact details directly within MyWide.
