Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, or in the event of no response within the maximum period of 45 days, you may submit a formal complaint to:

Should the Policyholder be dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint submitted to the intermediary and/or the insurance company, or in the event of no response within the statutory time limit, they have the right to appeal to the Insurance Arbitrator (Arbitro Assicurativo) via the portal available on its website (www.arbitroassicurativo.org).
