The purpose of this policy is to cover pecuniary losses caused to third parties resulting from errors or omissions by the Insured in the performance of their public duties. It is a Civil Liability policy covering Gross Negligence, designed to protect administrators, executives, and employees of the Public Administration during the exercise of institutional activities on behalf of their Public Entity.
Protection against liability claims and security in the performance of duties, as well as losses due to the interruption or suspension of activities.
