This policy guarantees the reimbursement of veterinary medical expenses incurred and duly documented for:
- Hospitalization, with or without surgical intervention, necessitated by the dog's illness or injury;
- Outpatient surgery, necessitated by injury or illness affecting the dog, provided it is performed at duly authorized veterinary facilities;
- Specialist visits, instrumental diagnostic tests, laboratory exams, and veterinary fees (excluding the purchase of medicines), resulting from the dog's illness or injury.
- Coverage applies to dogs from the sixth month of age up to the age of eight.
