D&O is a Liability insurance policy designed for Directors (both de jure and de facto), Statutory Auditors, and Officers, covering amounts they are liable to pay to third-party claimants. It covers financial losses directly caused by the commission of Wrongful Acts in the exercise of the duties and powers conferred upon them.
