Environmental Liability is a policy designed to protect the Insured's assets against claims received from third parties relating to potential damage caused to the environment.
It covers costs the Insured is required to incur, for example, for damages involuntarily caused to third parties, as well as expenses for cleanup (remediation), restoration of environmental damage, and emergency safety measures resulting from gradual and/or accidental pollution arising from business operations.
Protection of assets against liability claims; coverage for environmental liability expenses; and guarantees regarding environmental restoration costs.
