Erection All Risks (EAR) is a policy designed for companies involved in the installation of plants and machinery. It covers all parties involved in the site against the main risks of physical damage to the property (e.g., fire, natural hazards, theft, acts of third parties) and Third-Party Liability.

Contractor’s All Risks (CAR) is an insurance policy covering all parties on a construction site for damages to the contract works and for damages the site operations may cause to third parties. It is widely used in public procurement and highly recommended for private contracts.
