In 1986, I began my career as the manager and coordinator of the new industrial census promoted by the Unione Industriale di Napoli. That same year, I worked as an agent at the Naples branch of Mondadori Editori S.p.A.
From 1987 to 1990, I held the role of Technical Manager at the INA Assitalia General Agency. Subsequently, from 1990 to 1994, I served as Technical Manager for a multi-firm insurance company, specializing in underwriting for the Corporate and Sports lines, with oversight responsibilities for Italian branches.
From 1994 to 2000, I was a member of the Board of Directors of an insurance brokerage firm, where I held managerial and technical-underwriting oversight roles. Between 2000 and 2001, I taught insurance training courses at the Eusebio consortium.
From 2000 to 2002, I was the Proxy for the Naples branch of Anglo Lombarda Srl, a brokerage firm, with the task of developing and increasing the client portfolio in Southern Italy. From 2001 to 2012, I served as the CEO of the same company, Anglo Lombarda Insurance Brokers Srl.
From 2015 to 2025, I was a member of the Board of Directors of AIBA (Italian Association of Insurance Brokers), and between 2018 and 2025, I served as the Coordinator of National Delegations for the Association. Additionally, from 2022 to 2025, I was a member of the AIBA Executive Committee.
