When paying by credit card, your online transaction will be processed with total security within the Nexi.it environment. The following international networks are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PagoBancomat.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, simply issue the transfer instruction to your bank, including Wide Group’s bank details, the payment reference, and the amount specified in your payment notice.

For maximum simplicity, convenience, and reliability, you can request automatic payments via SDD (SEPA Direct Debit) from your bank account. SDD is a pre-authorized payment instrument active within the SEPA area (Single Euro Payments Area).
How to activate the service? By clicking the unique link provided in your payment notice. This will open the SlimPay portal, a platform where you can authorize a recurring payment mandate for your policies.
What can you pay with SDD? The insurance premium you wish to renew. Once activated, all future premiums will be automatically debited from your bank account, following a reminder notification.
How does it work? After registering on the SlimPay portal, you will be asked to sign a payment mandate authorizing SlimPay to debit the due premium amounts from your account on behalf of Wide Group. Before each due date, you will receive a notice from Wide Group indicating the specific amounts that will be automatically debited.
Please note: The SDD mandate is uniquely linked to the policyholder. Therefore, if your MyWide account is associated with multiple policyholders, SDD must be activated separately for each one to ensure the automatic debit of all respective premiums.
How to deactivate the service? You may request deactivation at any time by contacting your dedicated Insurance Manager or through your MyWide personal area in the "Policyholder Details" (Dettaglio Contraente) section.

Who can use HeyLight?
Individuals (natural persons).

Financing amount: minimum €300, maximum €3,000.

Successful completion of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) identification procedure.
Step-by-step procedure Once you select the "Installment Payment" option, the secure HeyLight platform will open. To complete your request, follow these steps:
Personal Data: enter your personal information.
Financial Data: provide details regarding your income.
Payment Method: choose whether to activate direct debit on your bank account (IBAN) or use a credit card.
Identity Verification: complete the digital identification process via video or photo.
Electronic Signature: sign the contract instantly by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) code received via SMS.

Have a valid identification document ready (driver's license, ID card, or passport).
Be in a well-lit environment to facilitate identity verification.
HeyLight is a brand of Compass Banca S.p.A. (“Compass”). The “Pay with HeyLight” option is reserved for individuals acting for purposes outside of their trade, business, craft, or profession (the “Consumer”). It involves signing a consumer credit agreement between Compass and the Consumer, linked to and aimed exclusively at paying premiums for insurance contracts distributed by Wide Group S.r.l. (“Wide Group”) to the Consumer, as well as any fees charged to the Consumer for brokerage services.
Wide Group acts as a non-exclusive accessory credit intermediary; it does not have the power to conclude contracts on behalf of Compass, is not involved in the granting of financing by Compass, and receives no compensation from Compass nor any type of compensation linked to the signing of linked consumer credit agreements.
For all economic and contractual conditions of the purpose-linked loan, please refer to the “Standard European Consumer Credit Information” document (SECCI) on the website www.heylight.com in the Transparency section. All pre-contractual documentation and information are available within the HeyLight platform. Please remember that borrowing money incurs costs.
Financing is granted solely by Compass Banca S.p.A. at its own discretion and subject to approval. Therefore, the “Pay with HeyLight” option may not be available for all policy types or all customers. Furthermore, this payment method may not apply to policies with premiums outside of the established minimum or maximum amounts.
Please note that, pursuant to Art. 59-octies of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), the consumer has fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the purpose-linked credit agreement without penalty and without stating a reason. The withdrawal period begins either from the date the distance contract is concluded or from the date the consumer receives the contractual terms and pre-contractual information, if that date is later than the conclusion of the contract.
