I began my career in Milan back in 1992, becoming, at the age of 26, the fourth generation of the Leonarduzzi family in the insurance world.
My professional path started as an employee and evolved into the role of Power of Attorney (Procuratore) for the Milan General Agency of the company ABEILLE. Later, I co-founded my first insurance brokerage firm alongside my father, Alberto.
In 2000, I founded Assileo Broker S.r.l. in Milan. Starting as a boutique firm, the company grew over the years into a mid-sized brokerage with offices in Milan and Genoa. Throughout this journey, I specialized in Fleet Management for both private and public Bus companies. In 2025, I reached a significant milestone by securing the largest Public Entity policy in the history of Wide Group.
