Payment methods

Wide Group accepts a wide range of payment methods so as to provide uninterrupted coverage. All available options guarantee secure transactions.

  • CREDIT CARD

    Online credit card payments are managed securely by Nexi.it.

    Accepted international circuits: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PagoBancomat.

  • BANK TRANSFER

    If you choose to pay by bank transfer, simply arrange the transfer order with your bank, indicating Wide Group’s bank details, the reason, and the amount indicated in the expiration notice.

  • AUTOMATIC DEBIT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (SDD)

    For maximum simplicity, convenience, and reliability, you can request the automatic debit via SDD (SEPA Direct Debit) from your bank account. SDD is a pre-authorized payment instrument for the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).

    How do I enable the service? Click on the unique link indicated in the expiration notice. The SlimPay portal will open, which is the platform to set up recurring payments for your policies.

    What can be paid with SDD? The expiring insurance policy you want to renew. Once activated, all future payments for expiring policies will be automatically debited from your bank account, with prior notification by way of a reminder.

    How does it work? After registering on the SlimPay portal, you will be asked to sign a payment authorization allowing SlimPay to debit your account on behalf of Wide Group for the amount of the expiring premiums. Before each expiry date, you will receive a notice from Wide Group indicating the amount that will be automatically debited from your bank account.
    Attention: The SDD authorization only refers to the contracting party of the policy; therefore, if multiple contracting parties are associated with your MyWide account, SDD should be activated separately for each contracting party to allow the automatic debiting of all premiums.

    How is the service deactivated? By making a request, at any time, to your Insurance Manager or from your personal area on MyWide, in the Policyholder Details section.
