Lodging a complaint

If you want to lodge a complaint you can download and use this form. Once filled in and signed, send it by email or by regular mail to the following addresses, as listed in the form itself:

  • IN THE ABSENCE OF A REPLY

    If you are not satisfied with the outcome following your complaint or if you do not receive a reply within a maximum of forty-five days, you can submit a specific complaint to:

    IVASS – Servizio Tutela del Consumatore – Via del Quirinale, 21 – 00187 Roma – Phone number: +39 06 421331.

    To submit your complaint to IVASS you can use this form, attaching all relevant documentation. On the IVASS website you will find all the necessary information for this purpose.

    We would like to highlight that, in any case, customers have the right to file a case with the Judicial Authority, subject to mediation if agreed to by the parties or in those cases provided for by law.
